Data security and privacy form the foundation of every digital solution we build. When your business uses AI chatbots, automated systems, or cloud-based solutions, it's essential that customer information and business data are handled safely and in accordance with European legislation. At Adaptify, privacy is built in from the start — we follow the principle of 'privacy by design' in everything we develop.

We exclusively use European cloud services with data centers within the EU/EEA, and all our solutions are developed in compliance with GDPR. You maintain full control over what data is collected, how it's processed, and how long it's stored. We provide Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and maintain clear documentation in our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Privacy is built in from the start in everything we build. We follow European data protection legislation and only use data processors that meet GDPR requirements. You should feel confident that your data is in good hands. Read our privacy policy.
In Europe, period. We use European cloud services with data centers in the EU/EEA. No data is sent outside the EU/EEA without proper agreements and adequate security levels in place. We don't take any shortcuts here.
You have full control. The chatbot can be set up to not store personal data at all, or to process it in accordance with GDPR. All conversation data is encrypted, and you decide what gets stored and for how long.
Yes, and we don't hide it away! You can find everything in our privacy policy. We also have separate terms for each service that describe data processing in detail. See our terms and conditions here.
You always own your data. If you end the collaboration, you receive a full export of all data in a standard format. We then delete everything from our systems within 30 days, unless legal requirements mandate longer retention. You'll receive written confirmation that the deletion has been completed. We never want to keep you as a client through data lock-in — the quality of our service should be the reason you stay.
